Thank you very much for choosing my shop for your jewelry needs.  You are in good hands here at Merry Alchemy.  Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or special requests that you might have. 

NOTE:  Currently my enitre product line is available for purchase in my Etsy shop. you can place an order on this site, too, but not all of my pieces are available on this site yet.  Click on the link below to visit my Etsy shop!

Methods of Payment that I accept:
Paypal (credit card, echeck)
Personal Check (only in my Etsy shop)
Money Orders (only in my Etsy shop)

Note:  you don't need a Paypal account to purchase an item from my shop!  You can use a credit card through Paypal without having to create a Paypal account.

Please note:  Massachusetts residents are subject to a 6.25% sales tax.

Custom orders require 100% payment at the time of purchase.

I ship both in the USA and internationally!  Shipping rates are as follows to the following locations:

United States:     $2.00 (plus $0.50 for each additional item)
Canada:             $2.00 (plus $0.50 for each additional item)
Mexico:              $3.00 (plus $0.50 for each additional item)
Everywhere else:  $4.00 (plus $0.50 for each additional item)

My domestic U.S.A rates include USPS First Class postage with delivery confirmation. Insurance may be added at additional cost. If you would like insurance, please contact me prior to purchase so that I can send you a custom invoice.

Here are the charges for domestic U.S.A. insurance:
$0.01 to $50     $1.75
$0.01 to 100     $2.25
$100.01 to 200   $2.75
$200.01 to 300   $4.70
$300.01 to 400   $5.70

Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact me for expedited shipping options and rates.

Items will be shipped within 2-4 days upon receipt of sale. If you need your order shipped quickly, please let me know.  Custom orders can take longer.  I will let you know the exact timeline up front before I send you an invoice.

International Buyers (outside the USA): You are responsible for any customs fees imposed by your country. All customs forms are marked as merchandise with the retail value displayed.

Insurance on international packages is not part of my listed shipping costs. If you would like insurance, please contact me prior to purchase and I will insure at additional cost.

Your items will be carefully arranged in a lovely gift box, tied with a satin ribbon and then wrapped in bubble wrap inside a padded envelope to ensure that your purchase arrives undamaged.  I do my best to use eco-friendly shipping supplies whenever possible.  The bubble wrap that I use is biodegradable and the cute gift boxes are made from recycled material.

If you have a change of heart, you may return your item in the condition it was received within 10 days of receipt.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  I suggest you purchase insurance when sending back a return, since I cannot reimburse you for a lost package.

Your happiness is important to me! Please contact me if there is a problem with your order and I will do my best to resolve any concerns.

Refunds and exchanges on custom orders will be considered individually. I will work to find a mutually acceptable solution.

I love to create custom pieces, so please contact me if you have a vision for a piece that you don't see in my shop.  Brides and bridesmaids welcome!  Also, if you find any item in my "sold" section that you would like to purchase or if you would like a current item in a different material or color, please feel free to contact me.
